Based in Lisbon, Portugal and working internationally, I specialise in creating emotionally charged and thought-provoking photography. My work explores the raw beauty of the human form, weaving storytelling and subtle abstraction to evoke emotion and inspire introspection.

Moved by the power of emotion, I bring my sensitivity to every image I create, ensuring my work carries emotional depth and intentionality. At the heart of my practice is a fascination with the interplay of vulnerability, strength, and beauty. Growing up in a female-centric environment, I developed an early interest in femininity - its essence, emotional complexity and unique energy - which continues to direct my artistic voice. Through themes of memory, self-reflection, and human connection, my photography captures the emotional fragments that shape our sense of self. 

With over 14 years of experience as a cinematographer, I have honed my storytelling craft across hundreds of projects, including feature films, documentaries, TV commercials and fashion films. I’ve shot with iconic models such as Kate Moss, Gigi Hadid, Jordan Barrett, and David Gandy while working alongside renowned fashion photographers and directors such as Mario Testino and Mert & Marcus. This filmmaking experience has greatly influenced my approach to photography, blending cinematic techniques with an intimate exploration of the human form. Driven by a desire to pair storytelling with a broad exploration of beauty, my work reflects a belief that art should be both emotionally evocative and effectively simple in its message. Through themes of longing, resilience, and self-discovery, I aim to create images that challenge conventional perceptions of nudity as purely sexual while celebrating its raw and unrivalled emotional honesty.

In addition to my photography practice, I host the podcast Art Vs The Algorithm, where I sit down with figurative artists, models, and activists to discuss censorship’s impact on creativity and artistic freedom. Together we explore the artists' motivations, creative processes, and seek to understand the meaning behind their art.

My photography is not just about capturing the physical form - it echoes the sensitivity of the moment, encouraging pause, reflection and profound emotional connection.
